The Lizard Walk
Today's movement is the lizard walk. This dude is performing the movement damn near perfectly. If you keep it strict, the lizard walk incorporates a push-up with every step, making it one of the most tiring and exhausting walks/crawls/runs I've posted on here yet.
In order to pull off the lizard walk, you'll need a little bit of balance, a little bit of flexibility, and a lotta bit of coordination. It could very well just be me and my general lack of motor skills, but the lizard walk took me a decent amount of practice to nail down. Just remember two things: 1) you need to stay low for this entire movement, and 2) that your hands and feet move opposite each other (i.e. left hand and right leg move at the same time). If you do those, and add in a push-up in between every step, you'll find out real quick that this walk burns in all the right ways.
