Deliciosity

Please forgive me for plugging the same website two days in a row. I was checking out Mark's Daily Apple some more yesterday, and came across the recipe section on there. Honest to god, it has some of the most delicious-looking food on there that I've ever laid my eyes on. This diced veggie deliciousness looked particularly appealing, so I decided it was totally worth posting on here for everyone to see.

This dish is essentially just a whole lot of chopped up veggies and shrimp. It's got yellow bell peppers, green peppers, tomatoes, onions, and jalepenos all chopped up in there, along with a whole heap of shrimp and avocado thrown on top for good measure (check out the link below for the exact recipe). Seriously though, how good does that look?
